Hand-made wooden clock consists of a thin, owl-shaped piece of wood with a picture of an owl. The brown and orange owl is sitting on a tree stump. The dial is located in the centre of the owl’s body and is unpainted, except for some black concentric rings which outline the dial and the black Arabic numeral chapters. “GERMANY” is printed on the dial beneath the black metal pointers. The owl’s eyes consist of two painted wooden beads which are attached to the works and move from side to side with the movement of the pendulum (missing). The clockworks are encased in two boxes of wood. A wire is attached to the larger square for hanging.
